Shipping Australia Wide
We offer shipping Australia-wide using the Australia Post Service
Cost of Delivery calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on location.
If your order is in stock, we can usually ship within 24 hours. Orders received by 1:00pm should leave the same day where possible and are sent via Australia Post. Australia Post can in unusual circumstances take up to 10 working days to deliver.
If a product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an alternative product or an estimated new delivery date
You can track your parcel online with Australia Post, Toll or Star Track
If you have your own freight arrangements mark the pickup in store option.
We will pack and label your order as usual and you can arrange your courier to collect it.
During our trading hours
Signing for deliveries – deliveries will require a signature. If you’re not at home when your consignment arrives, a calling card will be left.
Failed attempt at delivery
For Australia Post eParcel consignments you will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Retail outlet.
Toll and Star Track usually make 2 attempts and if unsucessful should leave a card with the nearest depot where the goods will be left for you to collect.
You will need to provide photo ID
Change of Shipping Address
Strictly Workwear does NOT ship to PO BOXES unless previously authorised.
The order will be sent to your designated shipping address. Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left Strictly workwear’s warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on Email strictlyworkwear@hotmail.com stating your order number and new shipping address.
International Shipping
We offer shipping outside of Australia.

Public Holidays
We are not able to ship orders on NSW public holidays.
Strictly Workwear cannot be held liable or responsible for late deliveries due to third party circumstances. We do our best to ship goods out as soon as possible, if Australia Post has industrial interruptions it is beyond our control.
